Kelly Nelsen received her undergraduate degree in English from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio. She holds a master’s degree in applied psychology from Antioch University and is in the process of completing her dissertation for a doctoral degree in organizational psychology from Walden University. Her expertise includes strategy execution management research and design, executive coaching, organizational, team, and individual assessment interpretation, and women in leadership. Kelly has worked with such companies as ESPN, Kubota Tractor Corporation, YMCA, Hollywood Park Casino and Hughes Aircraft to help them select, manage, and motivate employees.

Wayne Nelsen began his career in the mid-1980s facilitating management, sales, and customer service training programs for Leadership Management, Inc. In the early 1990s, he struck out on his own as a human resources consultant and trainer, and over the years, has evolved into a executive management consultant. His expertise includes strategic planning, execution management initiative implementation, and organizational restructuring. Wayne has contributed his expertise in management and human resources to companies ranging from three to over 80,000 employees including such companies as Hughes Aircraft, Nabisco Foods, Xerox and Minolta Business Systems.

Nicole has extensive experience in the customer service field, beginning her career with GTE handling customer requests and complaints. During the eight years prior to her joining Keyne Insight, Nicole quickly climbed the ladder at a national window manufacturing company to become the Customer Service Manager of two locations as well as the IS Manager. At Keyne Insight, Nicole wears a lot of different hats, the largest of which involves the technical training and support of consultants as well as the coordination and implementation of all consultant support initiatives.
